Present Situation of Sports Material Environment in Winter and the Countermeasures for College Sunshine Sports in Northeast China Area
The features of northeast China area are high latitude, long winter days, cold temperatures and snow covered for a long time. Adverse outside conditions brought an inevitable influence on carrying out sports work for colleges in winter. The paper studies the present situation of sports material environment in winter of northeast China area and gives some constructive suggestions, in favor of changing the present situation of winter sports weak activities of colleges, stagnating of students sports training, declining in physical quality of students and promoting sunshine sports actively in winter.
