On the Winter Sports Reserves Education

摘要：

China s winter sports development, mainly in three provinces in Northeast China (Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning Province). In this paper, Changchun area winter sports reserve personnel to study the status of education and representative. To enhance the Winter Sports Reserves, cultural quality of education, culture and they have a healthy personality, enabling them to become talents both ability and political integrity of the sport. In order to promote winter sports in China s long-terM stability and development.
