Ice snow sports industry is feature and one emphases of Heilongjiang province sports industry. Research using 2009 Winter Universiade to promote Heilongjiang province ice snow sports industry sustainable development has realistic significance. Literature research, investigation and accessing, observation and so on. 1.Development actuality of Heilongjiang province ice snow sports industry Heilongjiang province is the earliest province to begin skiing in china. Heilongjiang province had been snow field in 40 s of 20 centuries. Amount and Establishment of skiing field is best of all country, which occupies half and more of all country. Now Heilongjiang province ice snow sports industry has developed quickly. But has many problems in development, which affects its sustainable development.
