Discussion about Improving the Effective Policy for Encouraging Outstanding Disabled Athletes
The author analyzes the current policies for encouraging outstanding disabled athletes in China. There are few papers about the policies for encouraging outstanding disabled athletes. The author applies encouraging pattern in analyzing the encouraging strength and makes a further conclusion. Although our encouraging policies have developed a lot now, there are a lot of defects. It s very important to make a more scientific policy by having successful experiences of others. The author pays more attention on the characteristics of this special career, disabled athletes and takes the spirit encouragement seriously. At last the author puts forward some suggestions about improving the effective policy for encouraging Chinese outstanding disabled athletes.
