The Mediation of Team Efficacy between Cohesion and Performance

摘要：

Historically, a considerable amount of research has focused on the relationship between cohesion and performance. According to the research results showed, it was ambiguous. As Brawley(1990)pointed out,an important reason why the results were unsatisfactory was that the researchers had overlooked the group course of influencing the dependent variable. The main aim of this study was to examine whether the team efficacy mediated the relationship between cohesion and performance.
