Ezperiment and Research on Ice Hockey Athlete s Ability of Distinguishing Position with Arm s Kinesthesia

摘要：

Aim of research: first, verified whether exercise can improve the ability of distinguishing position with wrist s kinesthesia or not; second, measured arm s kinesthesia of women s national ice hockey team, finding the best and worst position of arm s kinesthesia, providing a theoretical and experimental evidence for reasonable arranging for targeted technical and tactical training.
