Research on the Model of Tacit Knowledge Transfer in the Enterprise in Complez Networks
According to the characteristics of implicit tacit knowledge and its transfer process in the enterprise, this paper, by comparing the similarity between tacit knowledge transfer and epidemic spread, established the LD1 Model with incentive mechanism in complex networks to conduct the research, the model including knowledge learner-knowledge disseminator-knowledge immune in the enterprise. On the LDI Model this paper analyzed tacit knowledge transfer behavior in heterogeneous networks in which the node degrees satisfy a power-law distribution rather than the exponential distribution, after the enterprise introducing the incentive mechanism, thus obtained the influence of the enterprises incentive mechanisM on the tacit knowledge transfer. According to the research above this paper put forward the feasibility that the enterprises establish their own model with all knowledge transfer factor, and find the most important factor through the quantification comparison, so that it will be clear about the enterprise the key and the direction for the future.
