Prioritized Multi-Criteria Decision Making Based on T-norms and OWA Operator
In this paper, we concerned ourselves with multicriteria decision making (MCDM) problems with multiple priorities. We presented a prioritized ordered weighted averaging (OWA) aggregation operator based on triangular norms (t-norms) and OWA operator. In particular, we showed that roughly speaking, any t-norms can be used to induce a priority weight for each priority level. To preserve the slight change of the priority weight, strict Archimedean t-norms are selected to induce the priority weight for each priority level. In addition, to preserve the tradeoffs in the prioritized aggregation, the degree of satisfaction regarding each priority level was viewed a pseudo criterion. Examples and comparative analysis are also given to illustrate the effectiveness and advantages of our approach.
