Creativitys Cultural Gene
Since 1901 when the Nobel Prize was set up, the number of scientists win Nobel Prize has reached 476. We did not see a local Chinese scholars figure on the highest podium. People can not help asking; Why China can not win the Nobel Prize? Is a national bio-genetic? Is the result of social factors? Is individual factors? The author found out a nationalitys creativity is the result of the culture delivering. This paper set forth the creativitys cultural gene from the cultural function. The author points out that culture delivering function determines their parents creativity training from the parents and teachers tacit concept of creativity; cultural function of value orientation brings up different creativity attitudes which can affect the emergence of peoples creative behavior; cultural cognitive function affects the creative process from the content, process and the form; cultural representation function determines different nationalities representation form of creativity and world identity of creativity representation.
