Function Mechanism of Tacit Knowledge Management Based on the Core Competence of Corporation
As the management method to meet requirements of knowledge economy, tacit knowledge management of corporation enables it to maintain lasting competitive advantages in the fierce market competition. But because there is not defined realization process and enough understanding of specific value of the application, the tacit knowledge management does not attract desired attention of the corporation. The tacit knowledge management model of the corporation is built and three links of the tacit knowledge management processes, which include recognition and acquisition、 transforming and sharing、 application and innovation of tacit knowledge, are introduced in the paper. The basic content of each link and their function mechanism for the core competence of the corporation are analyzed in detail to provide theoretical basis and development direction for the implementation of tacit knowledge management. Finally, the Empirical analysis of typical WANBAo case is put forward to prove that efficient tacit knowledge management does improves the core competence of the corporation.
