Research of a Value-Added Business Process-Oriented Model of Knowledge Process in Engineering Design Enterprise
This paper defines the conception and connotation of three core organizational processes; business process, information process and knowledge process, and describes the contact and distinction among above three. On the ground of these, we put our attention on knowledge process to discuss knowledge management in the organization, and set forth the value-added business process-oriented, spiral model of knowledge process for the engineering design enterprise from a much deeper level and a much higher point of view, there is a certain degree of universality; this model can help people clearly analyze the business process which based on knowledge management as an assistant tool for business management, analyze the processoriented information process as an assistant tool for information management, analyze the process-oriented knowledge process as an assistant tool for knowledge management.
