Research on Transmitting Willingness and Its Impacts in the Process of Skill Transmission
In the Knowledge-economy society, knowledge has become the key internal factor of economic growth. In the daily work, knowledge is demonstrated in the way of skills, and individual skill has become one of closest factors to the key technologic capacity of organizations. In recent years, how to keep individual skills inheriting, transmitting and sharing to avoid skills losing along with agents retirement has become the point of knowledge management. On the basis of reference of papers on knowledge transfer, this paper defines the four steps of skill-transmission in organizations and explores the transmitting willingness and its impacts on agents behaviors, the transmitting cost and the result in the process of skill transmission. On the basis of these analyses, the key point of higheffective skill transmission in the organization is proposed.
