An Intelligent Process-Oriented Knowledge Management System between Human, Process and Knowledge

摘要：

Human, process and knowledge are the three most important factors in knowledge management. There are a lot of systems designed at present; however, most of system failed because of inadequate attention on taking the relationships of these three factors into account. In this paper, we proposed three steps to implement a knowledge management system and designed the attributes that should be recorded in the system.
