Opening Address by Ministry of Finance
Distinguished delegates, Ladies and Gentlemen, Good Morning! Its my great pleasure to participate in the International Symposium on Concept and Practice of Integrated Ecosystem Management (IEM). First of all, on behalf of the Ministry of Finance of the Peoples Republic of China, I would like to offer my sincere congratulations on the opening of the symposium and the successful implementation of the GEF project and the achievements made so far, and express my heartfelt gratitude to the Global Environment Facility, the Asia Development Bank, the World Bank as well as other international organizations, governments of relevant countries and friends from home and abroad who have been continuously caring for and supporting the ecological development and environmental protection of China.
