Join Hands to Promote Sustainable and Healthy Development of the PRC-GEF Partnership
Distinguished guests, dear friends, Ladies and gentlemen, Today, the international conference on IEM approach and application is opened ceremoniously here in Beijing. First of all, on behalf of the Steering Committee of the PRC-GEF Partnership Program, please allow me to extend my warm welcome to all guests and friends! I would like to express my sincere thanks to the Ministry of Finance, the Committee of Legislation of the NPC, the State Development and ReforM Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology and other ministries for their great attention and support. I would like to thank all project provinces/regions for their full cooperation.
