Quality Assurance in Parts Industry-How to link QFD with QC process chart, QA table and FMEA
In this paper authors focused the quality assurance in the parts industry. The tier two or tier three level is assumed to be consideration. After analyzing the current state of the quality assurance in the parts industry, authors consider how to assure the product quality by the linkage of QFD, QC process chart, QA table, and FMEA. This management system can improve the level of quality assurance in the parts industry and brings the advantage to both of the enterprise that has the B2B business. The parts maker will be able to improve the competitiveness in the marketplace by applying this management system.
