Research of QFD Ezecution Synchronized with Product Development
In the past we have executed QFD as one of the tools of product development. However, the synchronization between QFD and product development has been weak, and has not been a tool that accelerated product development. We then decided to change the viewpoint from completion of QFD to usage of QFD. We concluded that it is significant to understand the purpose of QFD and this information should be shared by all members involved in QFd project before it is executed. We also decided to narrow the focus by priority. In this section, The managers will should be clearly reflected. These become determining factors that will decide the success or failure of QFD execution. In this report, we have made a proposal how to synchronize both product development & QFD operation.
