QFD for Effective Business Process Design

摘要：

The number of intellectual workers increases all over the world every year. It can be said that the quality of future organization activities will depend on improved productivity of the intellectual production activities of these knowledge worker. However, research of the methodology for extracting important business is not enough. In this research, the method of designing an effective business process is introduced by using job function deployment.
