Design of Business Process Corresponding to Business Innovation
This report made the content obtained from the QFd practice course that had been held with JUSE. The content is new use method of QFD. The QFD practice course aimed at approach of the value assurance exceeded the quality assurance. It is necessary to take not only the use of the quality table but also various ideas of QFD to aim at the value assurance. Especially, the business function of the relation organization and the business process is important to secure the value assurance. Business function deployment is effective as the method of clarifying the relation between the business process and the business function. The method and the idea of this business function deployment are not only works about the value guarantee but also to a usual business innovation can be applied. Then, JUSE decided to plan new seminar for this business process innovation. In a new seminar, it aims to integrate the business function of fiscal year accomplishment of a goal and the business function for the company policy achievement.
