Optimization of Located Level of Semi-Stationary Crushing Station in Surface Mine
The key factor determining whether the semicontinuous technology can make profits is the optimization of the located level of semi-stationary crushing station. The computing formulas on the comprehensive conveying distance of the truck and the belt were induced in this paper; the computing method of equivalent length of the working bench in shoveltruck technology was put forward specially. The optimization method of located level of the semistationary crushing station was discussed, the optimization objective function was built and the total cost of different schemes were get, a technical analysis were made and the reasonable located level of the crushing station was determined ultimately. The practice shows that the method introduced in the paper is simple and practical and has the universal guiding sense to other surface mines adopting the similar semi-continuous technology.
