Game Analysis and Countermeasures on Command Violation of Regulations in Coal-Mining Enterprises
This paper points out that inhibiting the illegal command is the key to solve coal-mining accidents. Through the analysis of the illegal command of coalmining enterprises, the conclusion that intensifying punishment of the supervision and management departments is drawn. Furthermore, Measures are given about the strengthening security training of enterprise management personnel, the establishment of an effective supervision and management mechanism, punishment of illegal supervision and illegal command officers.
