Study on Application of Heat Pipe Air Cooler in Mine Cooling
Heat pipe technology is a kind of new technology being developed now, which the quantity of heat is transferred by the vaporization of the liquid and the efficiency of heat exchange can be greatly improved. Based on the study of heat pipe technology, by the application of the superior heat transfer of heat pipe and its better adaptation, the structure of air cooler, which adapts to the mine cooling, is put forward in this paper. Aimed at how to use the heat pipe air cooler in mine cooling, some water-cooled cooling projects are designed, such as, the use of mining water to cooling water, making cooling water by the return wind in lane or the artificial refrigeration, and so on.
