Harness the Heat-Harm on Work Face in Comprehensive Mining
The temperature of work face in comprehensive is increased with its depth excavated, which is the main factor for heat-harm in mining. The heat-harm is harmful to workers health, safety and working effectiveness. Therefore, we must take available measures to harness it. This essay is aimed at bringing the heat-harm of the excavation face for 106#district, Aiyou Mine of Fuxin. We have not only analyzed the mechanism of heat-harm in the deep mine and the distribution law of heat source, but also consulted in the available theory of the harmess at both domestic and abroad. Then we calculate the cold load needed in the excavation face, on the basis of tunnel mathematics model. Comparing with other plans, according to the cold load search method which is suitable to lower in temperature for this mine shaft face, we finally decide to use mechanical refrigeration. The keys to artificial refrigeration are cold refrigeration, cold transportation, cold transmission and heat discharge. Under the effect of fan, air is transmitted to excavation face through the evaporator in refrigeration equipment By using the water in empty mine as cool water, heat from the air is transmitted to the water by condenser, which lowers the face temperature. This is a fast, efficient and economic method.
