Safe Assessment of Production System in the Workshop of Ezplosive Factory
Based one the analysis explosive factory in the production system of polyethylene workshop in a chemical plant, the fire explosion risk in such main dangerous units as polymerization, raw material refining and zone of canned propylene is assessed by the application of the method of Dow Fire Index. And according to the result of the assessment. It will help to find out the possibility factors lending to accident, and to appraise the serious injury possibility of casualty, safety counter-measures for accident prevention are put forward.
