Study on the Stability Control of Deep Soft Rock Caverns in the High Geostress
The paper is to analyze convergent deformation and its main characteristics of surrounding rock of pump chamber of deep soft rock caverns under high geostress in Zhaogezhuang colliery; numerical simulation analysis on stress distribution and displacement laws under high geo-stress excavation and different supporting conditions were made. On the basis of mechanics test of grouting consolidation structure body, residual strength of broken rock and plastic deformation is increased to some extent after grouting-consolidation, and so the grouting broken rock can keep load capacity steady within a relatively large deformation range. Then further reveals the mechanism of grouting reinforcement of surrounding rock and deformation coordination of consolidation body. Based on the principle and construction technique of bolt-grouting reinforcement, and geological conditions in Zhaogezhuang colliery, the problems of stability and maintenance of deep caverns are also solved by adopting bolt-grouting supporting reinforce technique. Finally, bolt-grouting supporting reinforce technique under deep soft rock is practicable technically and economically.
