Study on the State of Northeast Ecological Environment and the Adjustment of Preferential Taz Policy
Through investigating present situation of northeast ecological environment, the thesis analyzes the defection of current preferential tax policy of our country which is unfavorable to northeast ecological environmental protection, and thus proposes adjusting the unfavorable preferential tax policy by increasing the form of indirect preferential tax, and formulating policies and measures which are favorable to help recovering the vegetation, saving and protecting the water and soil resources in the Northeast, and encouraging enterprises to produce and use environmental protection equipments. All of that will relieve northeast ecological crisis, and realize the goal of harmonious development between economy and environment in the Northeast.
