The Present Situation, Ezisted Problem, and Countermeasures of China Mining Overseas Investment

摘要：

With the development of mining industry globalization and the increasing scarcity of mineral resources in China, overseas mining investment become an important approach in solving problems caused by the mining resources shortage and ensuring the stable supply of mineral resources, which plays a significant role in ensuring the economical and secure operation. This paper firstly analyzes the present situation and existed problems of the Chinese mining overseas investment, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and advices, which are hoped to be regarded by the national relevant departments.
