The AHP Grey Relational Evaluation of Influence Factors and Scheme in Deep Hole Pre-Splitting Ezplosion
Deep hole pre-splitting explosion is a new development technology in recent years to increase gas drainage rate-and how to evaluate gas drainage effect of pre-splitting explosion and blasting scheme is a problem eagerly to be solved in the site practical operation. Using the theory and method of grey theory to analyze the factors to pre-splitting explosion, the AHP grey relevance model was constructed. Solving the scheduling problem of index with quantization method, determining of the interfactor weight by AHP, as well as calculating of grey relational grade between system factor variables, the grey incidence matrix was established. The superior analytical principle used to obtains the order of each influence factor, the main influence factors and the optimal blasting scheme was put up. With the background of pre-splitting blasting experiment of Songzao Mining Bureau in Chongqing, the influence factors on blasting effect and scheme were valuated and analyzed, which not only can instruct practice production, but also provide a theoretical basis for optimization scheme and multiobjec-tive decision. Combined with application in mining case analysis, it shows that this method is scientific, convenient and has extensive value in use.
