The Research on Arrangement and Combining of Industrial Legacy and Human Resources in Fuzin City
Fuxin City locates in the western knob. The industry of it developed with the exploring of coal resources. The coal resources have exhausted with several years exploring and the industry and economic of the city has slipped into a low valley. A lot of coal companies were put in a tight spot respectively and workers were laid-off, which caused lots of social problems. This paper will choose Germanys Ruhr industrial area as an example of industrial transformation and make some solutions for the industrial heritage protection and development of human resources integration in Fuxin City. We can develop industrial tourism positively, such as legacy of industrial facilities can be used for industrial tourism facilities and abandoned industrial facilities for the industrial park sites and museums. We can make use of existing industrial estates for the development of agricultural tourism leisure and entertainment industries. Besides that we can develop related services industries to vigorously absorb receiver laid-off and unemployed workers, and make the unemployed re-employed. It will also have great role in the ecological environment for the resumption of the mining area. The article will put forward a practical way for a resource-exhausted city in industrial heritage protection and development and human resources integration.
