Using InSAR to Monitor Mining Surface Subsidence
Underground mining would cause surface subsidence and brought a series of environmental damage. With the development of coal industry in China, there are a number of large-scale energy development base. Largescale surface subsidence caused by a number of mines and work places mining at the same time brought more serious social and environmental issues. So effectively monitoring was needed to control and governance the surface subsidence. But the conventional monitoring technology was unable to meet the needs of dynamics continuous monitoring in large region which is discrete and non-continuous. InSAr provides a new technology for large regional deformation monitoring. This paper focuses on InSAr deformation monitoring data processing method and the specific application.
