On Electronic Map to Represent Geo-Information by Multi-Resolutions

摘要：

Based on analyzing variable-scale map projection and Variable-Scale map Visualization, conception and model of Multi-resolutions digital/electronic map to represent geo-information by multi-resolutions is deeply studied, research category, research content and relation to other technology is studied to construct Multi-resolutions digital/electronic map, and typical examples is given. Multi-resolutions digital/electronic map provides cognition space which accord with the actual situation and the demands of user, is map representation way which is appropriate for the demands of digital earth, should make valuable contributions for spatial data integration, information fusion and development of geographic information science.
