The Pillars Finite Element Analysis for Two-Pillar Shield Hydraulic Powered Support

The pillar is the important dynamical part of the hydraulic powered support. The pillars capability and reliability directly influence the hydraulic powered supports capability and reliability, and then influence the production safety and efficiency of fully mechanized coal face. Therefore, in order to insure the pillars security and reliability, it is necessary to adopt the various advanced analytical means and method to carry on analysis research in many ways. This article according to the Sunjiacha coal mines particular geology condition and the technical parameters of simulated design ZY8700/17/32 type shield hydraulic powered support, design the LSWGL361200T2670 type double-telescopic pillar, and carry on theory check for the cylinder tube; In the finite element analysis software ANSYS found the double-telescopic pillars finite element model, carry on whole finite element intensity analysis in the work resistance. Contrast the finite element analysis result with theory result, validate the reliability of the design. From the finite element analysis result, get the whole stress and its distributing.
