Research on Rectification Simulation of the Building Above Mine Goaf Based on the Substructure
The land subsidence above the mine goafs leads to the whole building inclination. If adopting the rectification control measures, the building still can be used, and the method can result in remarkable profit too. Taking the superstructure, foundation and soil as a whole to analyzed can be in accordance with the practical case more accurately during the rectification design. This paper proposes a combined action method for the superstructure, soil and the foundation of multi and tall buildings based on the substructure method. By the rectification simulative calculation of the frame structure engineering example, analyzing the effect of the superstructures internal forces by the combined action and the deformation of the foundation. The result shows that the structure can recover to the original status by adopting the reasonable rectification measures; and the effect produced by the combined action is significant, at the same time it will produce large secondary stress in the superstructure, so we must take account of this factor during the structure design.
