The Research of Electric Wheel Dump Trucks Safety Monitoring System Based on Agent
(0) The investment of Electric Wheel Dump Truck is very large, and the working environment is very poor. All systems are working under high load, so equipment failure is inevitable. In view of the above factors, we investigate and develop the safety monitoring system, which based on Multi-Agent System (MAS) of the Motorized Wheel Dump Truck. The system built on the distributed modular structure of CAN bus, composed by 10 intelligent modules, and respectively monitor two types of information: the human factors and equipment factors, which affect the safety production. Human factors monitoring is consisted of the following monitoring subsystem modules: fatigue driving monitoring Agent subsystems, illegal operation monitoring Agent subsystem and record module of main Agent. Equipment factors monitoring is consisted of Hydraulic system monitoring Multi-Agent subsystems, pneumatic system monitoring Multi-Agent subsystem, the brake system monitoring Multi-Agent system and so on. The system not only monitors equipment state but also at the same time has effective solution for supervising and monitoring of Electric Wheel Dump Truck drivers illegal operation.
