Protection Against Lighting Utensils Ezplosion in Inflammable and Ezplosive Places such as Mine Roadway by Single-Chip Microcomputer
Apply Single-chip Microcomputer (SCM) test and control system to quickly examine, calculate and judge the lighting circuit current, and in this way when there appears strong short circuit current in the load and the line, the SCM will turn off the static switch, so the existing time of strong short circuit current is so short (less than 2 ms) that there will be no sparks, therefore avoid exploding. This test and control system shall be used in explosion prevention lighting switches in mine roadway, petrochemical industries and so on. Its working theory is that turning the input alternating current into direct current By using Q53 type outattached current divider as the current testing sensor, send the amplified signals to the SCMs A/d exchange and change them into data. When gets the data, the SCM begins to calculate, analyze and judge. If there appears current that changes too suddenly and sharply, the SCM will give instructions within 2ms to turn off the direct current switch, so the possible sparks can be avoided and realize no sparks in short circuit places.
