THE COOKING TECHNIQUE OF AUTO-CATALYZED ETHANOL PULPING OF ASPEN

摘要：

The auto-catalyzed ethanol pulping of aspen was studied in this paper. The optimal cooking parameters were determined through orthogonal experiment. The optimal cooking parameters through experiment are as follows: concentration of ethanol 60%, the cooking temperature 210℃, cooking time at max temperature 3h and liquor ratio 11: 1.Under this condition, the screened yield of pulp achieved 50.18% and kappa number was 36.6. The pulp property of auto-catalyzed ethanol pulping is similar to that of acid process and alkaline process.
