STUDY ON TREATING POPLPR BY 4 WHITE-ROT FUNGI
4 white-rot fungi were studied on treating poplar chips, and the content of lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose were tested before and after treatment. The results showed that these 4 white-rot fungi had good selectivity of degrading lignin before the culture medium was used up, and after it cellulose and hemicellulose were lost quickly. Ph c grows faster than the others, and had the best selectivity of degrading lignin (17.98% of lignin was removed in two weeks with 3.47% of cellulose lost); T v had a better result than Ph. s and Py. s (removed 14.59% of lignin with little holocellulose lost in two weeks). Ph c and T v were better for bio-pulping on poplar than the other two.
