EUCALYPTUS LIGNIN MODIFICATION BY LACCASE

摘要：

In order to know about the lignin modification by laccase, lignin was separated with dioxane-water solution from control wood fibers and laccase-treated fibers. Lignin structure was studied by UV, IR and 1H-NMR methods. It was found that phenolic hydroxyl content of lignin decreased and aliphatic hydroxyl increased after laccase treatment, and carbon-carbon cleavage occurred on side chain of lignin and methoxyl groups content were reduced. There was no significant change in the molecular weight and polydispersity of lignin.
