ONLINE CONTROL TECHNOLOGY FOR BLACK LIQUOR CONCENTRATION BASED ON INTELLIGENT MEASURING AND FEEDFORWARD CONTROL

The paper studies the mechanism of on-line concentration measuring in black liquor evaporating workshop section during the alkali recovery process in papermaking industry, and establishes mathematic model for the relationship between black liquor concentration, black liquor temperature and secondary steam pressure in evaporators through data analysis and fitting, and puts forward an effective control solution of the black liquor concentration control based on cascade control and feedforward-feedback control. Through mill practice test, this technology not only presents high control precision and strong anti-interference ability, but also improves the concentration of black liquor. It is worthwhile to be promoted in paper industry.
