OPEN LOOP RESPONSE OF BENCHMARK FOR THE BSM1 WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS

摘要：

Before applying the model predictive control (MPC)strategy to the benchmark for the evaluation of control strategies in BSM1 wastewater treatment plant, the open loop responses have been obtained through the step variations of seven manipulated inputs and two disturbances around the steady states. The results showed that the wastewater treatment plant was a non-linear system and exhibited an inverse response. These characteristics will lead to great difficulties for the control system.
