FORMULATION AND ANALYSIS OF DYNAMIC AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION MODELS IN HIGH CONSISTENCY PULP-REFINING
The dynamic model of high consistency pulp in refining area has been founded via the converse reasoning and verification. Meanwhile, the analysis of the model demonstrates that high consistency pulp refining is applicable to processing short fiber material and can improve pulp consistency, which provides theoretical base for choosing the materials of high consistency refining better and producing pulp with high quality. In addition, the mathematical model of energy consumption in high consistency refining has been given. Through analyzing and calculating the energy consumption mathematical model, reducing energy consumption and optimally designing high consistency refiner comes true. In a word, the establishment and analysis of dynamic and energy consumption models are of significance in theory for developing new and low energy consumption refiner.
