A novel Approach of Quality Inspection for Ceramic Bowl

The ceramic industrial has taken significant advantage of the strong evolution in the world of automation in recent years,All production phases have been addressed through various technical innovations, with the exception of the final stage of the manufacturing process. This is concerned with visual quality inspection in order to sort product into distinct categorizes or to reject those found with defects. The generally accepted inspection method of inspection is labor intensive,slow and subjective. This paper propose an online ceramic product classification method for ceramic bowl,it derived from mathematical morphology,which can easy implement in hardware system.Experiment shows that this method is more precisely and nicety and more faster than skilled manual testing.
