Application of Intelligent Agents in E-commerce

摘要：

Intelligent agent-based e-commerce is the latest stage of the development of electronic commerce. This article briefly describes the concept and characteristics of intelligent agent,discusses the four types of intelligent agents (information agents,monitoring-and-surveillance agents,data mining agent and user agent) in the specific e-commerce applications.Conclude that the intelligent agent has widely prospects in the development of electronic Business applications.
