Research on Generation Method of Globoidal Cam Surfaces Based on Five-azis CNC Machine Tools

摘要：

According to the analysis on the generation motion of globoidal cam surfaces,two kinds of general five-axis CNC machine tools can be used to equivalently machine globoidal cam surfaces:one kind of machine tool has single rotary table-single swing spindle head and the other has dual rotary tables. The motion coordinates of two kinds of machine tools while generating surfaces is calculated based on the .mathematic model of globoidal cam surfaces and the generation process is simulated in the paper.
