A New DSP-based logic Control Module for Adaptive Polarization Mode Dispersion Compensation

To develop an adaptive PMD compensation logic control module which has less compensation consuming time,a new design that uses highperformance floating-point digital signal processor is presented. Hardware and software implementation of this system are described in detail.Furthermore,the main program, A/D and D/A flow chart are also given. The simulation result validates the compensation effect,it also shows that average consuming time of core algorithm is even shorter.
