A Novel Design Approach for Class F Power Amplifier
In this paper,a class F power amplifier with new structure by harmonic traps having output matching function was designed and simulated at 900MHz.Not adding other L/C tanks,this structure make the circuit simple,save the circuits cost and keep the high efficiency. According to the results,the amplifier had a peak PAE of 71% with an output power of 35dBm with a drain bias voltage of 10V.
