Character of Sea Echo Spectra for OTHR

摘要：

There is Bragg resonance scattering when high frequency electromagnetic wave interacts on the sea,by which this paper introduces the principle of the first-order and the second-order sea clutters forming and simulated the sea echo spectra with the scattering theory of them.Last,this paper discusses the effects of sea stream,sea state,working parameter of radar,and ionosphere detailedly on OTHRs sea echo spectra and establishes the Doppler frequency model of sea echo spectra. The results of this paper can be used as a reference for the complete study of sea clutter characteristic,and can be served as theoretical support for OTHRs detecting as well.
