The Design and Performance Analysis of PMDE in Optical Fiber Communication System

摘要：

This paper uses the Jones transmission matrix to study the first and second order PMD statistical properties.Based on the theory,an applied,economical experimental system is built by using MatLab software with PC+PMF model.In conclusion,the 3PC+ 3PMF model is chosen to modulate the first and second-order PMD properties. The conclusion provides a good basis for PMD compensating.
