摘要：

In the era of knowledge-driven economy,knowledge resources of enterprises are the important wealth and driving force.If enterprises want to survive and keep continuous advantages under intense competitive environment,they have to develop and perfect information management system with the help of knowledge management. And the integration level of two managements has become a key decisive factor of enterprises competitive advantages and competitiveness improvement.
