On MES-based Forecasting Method for Purchasing Spare Parts
Purchasing proper amount of spare parts timely is the key link of guaranteeing the safety and economic operation for civil aviation enterprises.It associates with OEM for spare parts and maintenance enterprises closely,and serve the process of MRO directly.Due to the complex constrained space and time, reliability and airworthiness,according to the present situation of feedback delay for data flow and dispersed samples in small scale,a method of forecasting the purchase quantity of spare parts based on reliability on MES for MRO is proposed. The system model of MES for MRO is reusable and reconfigurable. And its function is elucidated further.It can realize fluent data-exchanging,improve the actual effect of feedback and provide reliable decision support. The small-scale experimental results show that forecasting the purchase quantity of spare parts by analyzing data is effectively improved in accuracy.
